Ordinarily, the trades begin to be processed again after the playoffs are all over.
Since they are just finishing those up in Trad leagues, trading should be processed soon in those leagues.
In Real Time, the season has to be completed, then the playoffs run before the trades will be processed.
At least, that's been the procedure before.
