How does everyone feel about this trade?

Team A needs
1) Any starting pitching
2) Starting 2B
3) OF with some punch

Team B needs
1) SS
2) 3B

Trade goes like this,

Team A gets

Adam Kennedy, Jermaine Dye, Ted Lilly

Team B Gets

Arimas Ramierez, Jack Wilson


Again, how do all of you feel about this trade?

Is it fair considering the needs?
