There is a post on the RT bulletin boards from Mike indicating that playoffs are ready to go. It's signed by him.

So, he is alive and presumably well. Maybe he's been too busy to partake in the chatter on this board or maybe he's disgusted with what he's reading.

He normally responds to my direct email but I haven't sent him one recently - I'll give it a try.
