Do you want a 20 team or 24 team league?
If you are used to Real Time, they all have 24 team leagues and are more realistic than 20 team leagues. There are only two 24 team leagues, one of them being K17. There is one team available, the St. Paul Saints. They are a below average team right now, but do have Beckett and Burroughs, to name two guys.
