Once again, that doesn't answer the question, "whoo's approving managerless trades." It seems the system needs some checks in it whether you think this trade balanced or not. I know that if I were Mike it would be difficult to not want to give Ken or anyone else who was helping me, whatever they want.
It seems a denial of human nature to not think that somneone/committee extenal to the internal process have approval rights on trades involving Ken, Mike et al.
