As I see it there are 4 simple, yet key, issues: 1) Maintain and improve a quality product; 2) Make PB a financially viable operation; 3) Reduce the number of UNM teams; and 4) Add new managers.

With the absence of any marketing efforts, for various reasons, over the past few years, it was important to make it attractive for existing managers to take on new teams. To keep the game healthy, however, new blood is vital. Therefore, I have no problem with the additional charge that is proposed as long as there is a well thought out plan to bring on new managers. Otherwise, the move is counter productive.

When no charge is made for adding teams, it's kind of like going to an all-you-can-eat buffet and not knowing when to quit. For most managers there is a limit on the number of teams one can effectively manage.

Let's bring on a bunch of new managers and, most importantly, welcome them with open arms!!
