The point about customer service, etc, wasn't meant as a veiled slam on Mike or PB - it was meant to point out that many of the owners that are more likely to dismiss complaints by other owners on this board have a different perspective due to having so many teams.

One team underachieving isn't as noticable; if the only big trade you pull off in the offseason backfires when the ace starter has an ERA twice what he had in the majors that don't get as mad that the season and your best chance was ruined because there are other teams to deal with; many individual owners don't write back and forth to Mike on a semi-regular basis; absurd, unbalanced trades in one league doesn't ruin your only hope for two years.

Its different with only a couple of teams. All the little things get magnified and are harder to brush aside and move on from...
