I like the game.

But over the past 5 years there have been zero improvments and the customer service has gone from good to fair to bad.

The $2 is not necessarily a big deal. But on PRINCIPLE ALONE I object to paying more for this product when the quality of the product (actually service) has been decreasing.

One compromise that might be worth considering.

I think at a minimum founders should get their 4th team for free. That gives people that can't pay more money 4 teams for the price of 3.

Based on the principle I idnetified above, my position is that I will keep the number of teams that can be bought for $28.85. Under the current proposal that is 3 teams and I will thus be dropping 6 teams.
