I agree that the unm trades is a significant improvement in service. You know you are going to get a response and usually in a very short period of time. I'm sure we all have had trade inquiries that never get answered and many that go days before we get responses. Your point on number of customers and paid employees is well taken. Personally, I've seen an encouraging improvement in service in the recent month and look forward to improvements in the game itself and service, even if it means a nominal increase in price.
