Clutch Ratings Answer
PB pitching ratings are based heavily on the hitters' averages and the LOPS and ROPS stats against the pitcher and little or not at all on stats like runs allowed.
For example, if a certain number of the runs scored were sacs and groundouts with the runner on 3rd, the Clutch would be better than if they same number of runs had scored with runner at 2nd on singles. This, in turn, would be better than if the same number of runs had scored on extra-base hits with runners on 1st.
In real life, it gets even more complicated since a double with runner on 3rd scores 1 run, as does a single with runner on 3rd. However, latter case would (should) cause a worse clutch rating.
See what I mean?
My guess on Wasdin is that he would have a low average with runners on, with a fair number of these runners scoring on sacs and groundouts.
To check it out yourself, you would have to find out how he had performed in the 19 situations. (Can't think of a way to compute this, since it would require a scorecard from every game).
