Your success with Andy Fox and Burlington's success with Brian Jordan is probably a fluke (or due to small sample size).
In LL12 I was playing a home game and Andy Fox made *SIX* errors at shortstop for the visiting team in a game I won 8-7.

I think the moral of the story is that when you play a player at an unrated position or a position that they have a poor rating you are rolling the dice. Its just a matter of how much you want to risk.
