I'm new to PB and a new owner in B14. My team finished last in their division. I'm drafting sixth (not bad!), but I thought the 5th place teams in each division had a lottery for the 1st through 4th picks. Maybe I got bad information on that. Can anyone tell me how the draft order was set? Thanks in advance, and I am looking forward to playing ball all of you this coming year.
