Exactly. Anything can happen with a small sample size, whether it's 6 errors in one game...or 6 games w/o an error for someone not rated at that position. Over the long-haul, it should even out and the unrated player should play poor defense. But, in an emergency I don't have a problem with people playing Jordan at 3B or any other player out of position (even if they are unrated there).
