It should be more of a challenge if you cut more players.

I think 15 would be too severe. I could see moving it to 25 players, which would be equal to the major league rosters. We could then judge how that works.

By the way, I've played in leagues that only keep 15 or 20 players, and you still have continuity on your teams.
