Please comment on this!

I believe we allowed trading from the cut to 27 until the FA draft began about 10 days later last season.

Keep in mind that I will be on the road for most of that period and that trade approval will be iffy. I will be available just before the draft to catch up.

I do not remember much about the special between drafts trading period last year but I do think we made it a rule that picks and players would be equal---in other words after the FA draft all teams would be at 35. Can anyone remember what the actual rule was?
