Trading between drafts has a lot of pluses. It gives all teams a way to fine tune their drafting strategy, which can be a pretty blunt tool if you don't have a fairly high pick, because of the variables involved.

If the trading period between drafts can be supported with reasonably prompt approvals, I support it.
