I agree with what Dave said. Stay away from trades for a little while. In Real Time the rookie and FA draft aren't as deep, as traditional leagues.

You can pick up 1 guy every month that will help your team from the monthly FA draft, so to be eligible for that draft you need to have only 34 guys.
