I agree with Dave except

If the manager before you knew what he was doing he probably would still have the team.

Nothing is wrong with a 1 for 3 trade IF and only IF you want to keep all three guys you trading for on your roster, meaning that 2 other guys will have to be dropped, to benefit fron the FA draft.
