I had asked about when it would happen to Mike because I would need to drop some teams as well and this is what I got from Mike in an email:(2/22/05)

"There will be an increase for a lot of reasons.
The founders and especially the non-founders think its fair.
I value your membership very much and realize your predicament.
I believe the change is about 1-2 months away.
In the interim we will have to double bill one month because we missed billing one month---got behind in 2004...
I'll leave it up to you to decide if you want to manage all the teams until we raise the rates and then choose the teams you wish to keep.
