I, too, wish the changes could have been made before the draft.
I thought his rating was pretty high considering the number of homers he gave up and his OPS vs. Righties.
I took him with my first pick on three teams. I'd probably still do so--he's only 21 and is the best Rookie pitcher in the draft for next year, though there are several others who could surpass him down the road.
I wonder if the change could be due to park effects. I noticed earlier that Kauffman didn't play as strong as a hitter's park as it did before.
