Here is what I suspect happened. Park updates were done last week. They saw the cap move up on the master system, and posted it. We didn't see any real change last week. Then they just ran a complete system wide update, resulting in the new PB numbers.

Any idea what your PB value was 2 weeks ago, then last week, then today?
