Since the CAPS in place (82 and 92) only are for the 27 players kept after the cut to 27 then even though most teams increased their PB values by 5-7 PB points this should not change the CAP numbers as originally announced.

If teams were forced to adhere to these CAP numbers after the FA draft then of course adjustments should be made.

My suggestion: leave well enough alone.
