What are the Walks/IP & HR/IP & K/IP & GB/FB ratios?

Walks especially make a huge difference and aren't well reflected in OPS.

HR for a reliever are worse than other types of slugging pct IMOP.

K's are nice for a reliever who may come in with a man on 3B.

GB/FB can tell you the likelihood of getting a DP.

If there is a big difference in OPS these probably aren't as critical, but in your example the LOPS/ROPS are both pretty good & I'd pay more attention to these other factors. Just me of course & my funny way of looking at the details.
