Since I'm new to this, let me see if I have this correct. If a pitcher is has say a 6.8 grade and another has a 5 grade. But the 5 rated pitcher has a better ROPS. he will pitch better against a lineup dominated by right handed hitters? Is that right. So sincea lot teams have seem to have mostly right handed lineups, the lower grade pitcher would be a better choice because thru the course of the season, that pitcher will face a majority of right handed hitters.
