A non top 5 FA pick only gets you a reliever. He will help a team, but you isn't anywhere close to the value of a #1 or #2 starter, even for just one year of those stats.

At a minimum I'd offer a #1, #2, #3, and #4 for either starter plus my #6, #7, and #8 FA picks. I also doubt either owner here would go for it.
