Regarding the extra BFA given at beginning of game:
It would make more sense to raise it to 30 or 35. I'm not sure why it isn't done that way.
But normally the extra BFA are taken away at the end of the game so you don't have the problem of someone pitching to 35 hitters and then haveing a BFA of 15.
