I am all for eliminating the 115% and 110% rules for pitcher and batters respectively. I think that we would need to nudge the rosters up to about 40. I saw a lot of players that I wanted in the FA draft that weren't drafted by anyone (it may be my faulty evaluation techniques). There are enough players and prospects to support a 40 man roster without screwing with asking for INN players.

The downside to all of this is that the FA draft would be slightly devalued.
