Tim brings out the best point unless we get rest days the 115 rule or 110 is needed. I would think that would be a difficult thing to fix in the programming. The 115 rule really has caused noone inconvenince. Teams do still use 4 man rotations when there are a lot of off days. The Yankees this year as an example. I might add the off days are as small as Ken mentioned. Each team also gets many more days off with rain outs. There's your extra 5 percent. The rules are accurate and there's no need to change them.
