I had it happen to me last season, for the 1st round of the playoffs no less!

I had my 25 man roster set, default lineups all set for the robot to use, and when I checked back a few days later to see the results, my best player, RBI leader, RF Vlady Guerrero was moved to the farm.

He was injured late in regular season, but with the extra rest day before the playoffs, his first day back and "ready" was supposed to be for game 1. Either some robot or script moved him to the farm without my concent, or a commish did it without letting me know (or paying attention to the 1 day remaining in the injury). Either way it was BS and I'm still pissed about it, especially considering it was for the playoffs (and not some neglected unmanaged team that needed some TLC).
