Perhaps this has always been the case and I've just never noticed. I was looking at several of my teams and noticed that every single outfielder on my roster shows an arm rating of 0.1 in the 2005 statistics report. I spot checked a couple of other teams in my leagues and found the same thing.

Does anyone have the explanation for this. All the other stats, including fielding, seems to be variable and accurate as far as I can tell.
