Put Damon in RF, Rowand in CF, problem solved.

I did the same thing w/ Griffey in S3. I just glanced and saw that he was a 2.3 in RF, so I put him there. 9 errors later, I looked in depth and notice he only had one inning played with no chances, which of course means this type of player makes tons of errors.

Dave has correctly pointed out that Rowand sucks at RF statistically speaking last year, so don't play him there.
