Any chance you made a roster change after you set up the pitching? I've done that and then the settings don't work.

You don't say if you set pitching game by game or just set the default settings for your pitchers.

With the stats often not updated until Wed and lineups due the same time, I've sometimes made last minute roster switches after having set my pitching a few days earlier and thus wiped out my settings.
