If you didn't mind getting both, then just don't have those players listed as drops.

What is a shame is that perhaps you wouldn't mind getting someone in round 5 but don't want to waste a round 2 pick on him if you grabbed another player at the same position in round 1.

It would be nice if they let you bring your drops back in on a later round if you so chose:
example:
drop for rounds 1-4 but not in round 5.

Unfortunately - for now a drop is a drop for the entire draft as the manual clearly? states.
