Great, so it's baseball knowledge versus
game knowledge. The one's who have both will
dominate and the others will end up quitting.
We're trying to not only get more managers
but KEEP the ones we have! Let me get this
straight, it's ok to do these things because
the rules can't stop you. Sure, technically
you are right but it should just be baseball
knowledge versus baseball knowledge and that
is IT. People don't join up thinking they'll
have to have game knowledge. You can do
whatever you want but it's just like some
of the people at work....stomp over anybody,
kiss anybody's butt, backstab anybody and
take credit for other's peoples work
because winning is more important than
anything else. People have NO RESPECT for
anybody like that so even if you win...you
really don't.
