RT monthly FA draft different
In the monthly FA draft (which was the draft just run so the one currently using drops), there is no break between rounds. You only get 1 shot at it.
For the ROOKIE and annual spring FA drafts you could reinsert the dropped players as Gary correctly described.
But not for the monthly FA drafts.
