Is it my imagination or has league trading (pre-draft picks) slowed to a near halt?

I'm in 3 leagues: maybe there have been 3-4 total trades, 2 of which I did. I countlessly try to do manager-less trades because at least I get input but I am zero for my last 15 attempts there...
