Octavio Dotel will have reconstructive elbow surgery. Which pretty much means that I would have to carry him on my roster for well over a year(close to two seasons)....knowing he would be no help plus wondering at what level he would eventually perform once he eventually came back. Simple put I'd rather take my chances at the many monthy free agent draftS available over that time period-using his roster spot.....who knows I might get lucky in the draft (LUCKY CHUCKY). PS have to factor I'm trying to compete(RT98-1)in a touch league and my division is a killer. As GM I had to make a tough call.
