First, managerless teams end up trading more than some teams with managers.

Second, in the offseason I'd like to see all managerless teams, plus any owners that choose, be able to dump the whole team and have a draft from those players.

This way owners can keep what they have if they want, while also allowing a new draft for the remaining teams.
