I submit 99 RT4 for redrafting. I took over a sub 500 team and tried to make it competitive.
I was able make to few trades along with the draft and free agency. The team starting looking good ( at least in my eyes) However with 11, yes eleven managerless teams, its not as fun as it could be.
So with all due respect to the other active managers, I would love to see that this league is up for redraft, throw everyone in the mix. No keepers.
And whoever are lucky enough to be picked as managers; Maybe league champions, (I dont care how managers are deemed worthy to make the cut including myself) they should follow some guidelines such as:
1) Put in your lineup
2) Get back to other manager about trades
3) if you need to retire for any reason, give notice to the commish so he can post an opening

If cost of a draft is a problem charge a little more for this league but give a prize

Give the winner a hat with his logo on it

I know I am now starting to babble, cant help it

This should be a league with a waiting list instead of managerless teams
