I agree on the comments about redrafts in leagues with a lot of mangerless teams. There's a big problem with it though a lot of us like are teams and are going thru the arduous task of rebuilding some. I know I want to keep all my teams. The simplest solution is to have a couple of new perpetual leagues, to refocuse everyone and I also be lieve that will bring some new managers into the game.
