We in PB99 RT3 have had the great fortunate of having very few mless teams over the years. If owners in leagues plagued by "mlessness" are frustrated, come make our league even better! You'd get the same redrafting effect with a little less control. Eventually, the "ghost leagues" will be evident and appropriately folded.
