2. I am not guessing. I have had previous dialogue with Mike Bravard (the Commissioner) on this issue, and can report that my earlier post is correct. Also, streaks are never used for LL's.
3. There was a recent post by Mike in which he confirmed that streaks were not yet turned on for RT and Trad Leagues.
