I don't think the game is set up to enforce the rule - I could be wrong.

If this happens just e-mail the COMMISH and I'm guessing he'll take appropriate action.

First of course as several have suggested, check to be sure he doesn't have a guy who plays catcher but has it as a secondary fielding postition.
