Maybe I'm just late in figuring this out, but maybe someone else will find this useful too.

If you have a player you have moved to the farm team because his usage is high and you are going to rest him a series or two to get the usage back to READY...

He may not have his usage updated but continue to be show on the status page as above the 110 or 115 usage level even after he has in reality dropped below it.

If you move your farm team players to the active roster, their usage will get updated to what it actually is. Then you can move them back to the farm if needed but perhaps you'll be surprised to find out their real usage level.

At least that is my experience.
