Update from Bob C
I was curious enough about the hame away difference to check my lifetime PB stats. I have completed 18 PB seasons with various teams. In 15 of those seasons I had a better home than away record. My lifetime record at home is 901-539 (.626 pct). My lifetime record on the road is 852-588 (.592 pct). That works out to a yearly difference of .034. Given 80 home games per season on average I win about 3 games more per season at home then on the road (.034 x 80 = 2.72). The lifetime gap between home and road is not as big as the 10 game gap for my teams this season but considering that this data is based on 2880 games I would say that I as the home manager have demonstrated a substantial advantage over the robot. Again I am curious to hear from others on this topic especially whoever it was that started this thread.
