All active managers know the 120 game mark and have planned accordingly. They should not be penalized for having made trade plans with a universally agreed upon trade deadline.

The Manager-Less Teams: i think you know my view on this Mike. They are in wasteland and if the rest of the league has sent you only 25% of the offers I proposed, then the Mgr-less teams have had more than ample opportunities and time to be improved upon.
