ROPS & LOPS Pitcher VS. Batter
Does anyone know which affects the matchup between batter and pitcher more.. the batter's vs. Left or Right OPS or the Pitcher's vs. Left or Right OPS... Are they equal? ...or does one wieght the possible outcome more than the other.
