Not sure if there is an interest in this or not, but I have set up a launch league. You can reach it from the link of the leagues page, or after you log in, or member info. I set the price at $9.95 for a team. I also made a pass through the registration, and user update code and made a few tweeks. I optimisticly set the start date for the 12th.
