I have had occasions where players' overusage became an issue. Yes, the performance of the player is supposed to degrade.

What I have had usually happen is that the overused player does ok for awhile and then starts underperforming. More often, he will go down with a day-to-day injury.

The Commish WILL award INN players to finish out the season. With managed teams, I don't know that he looks at this unless it is called to his attention by the owner or by a competing owner.

I would reccomend you email Commish with Copy to tech, with a subject line like "Serious Overuse Problem in (Name of League). In the text of the message, be sure to identify the team and league again.

I would expect that the problem would then be addressed within a week or so.
