Click "Team Status" instead of "Injury Status".

In team status look at the column that says INJ(or IJ, can't remember exact heading). If there is a number there, then that player is injured for that many remaining games, otherwise he isn't hurt.

Injury Status is used to look at the history of injuries for your players, as well as seeing if your players can still become long term injured for the year.

The use for Injury status it as follows:
If you have the playoffs clinched, & Griffey shows 1 injury for his actual year but so far hasn't been injured in the sim, you might want to send Griffey to the minors so he doesn't get injured at the end of the season and miss the playoffs.
